Be a part of Mission Viejo’s Dia de los Muertos Festival, a day of paying respects and remembering friends and family members who have died. 

It’s not as sad as it might sound. This year’s event will be the biggest yet, with mariachi bands and folklorico dancers, a vintage car display and community ofrendas, alters decorated to honor deceased loved ones. All new is a free live butterfly experience.

An artisan market, food vendors, face painting and costume contests are also planned.
